Activation is completed through a secure Hosted activation web flow. Most activations complete
within minutes with no physical SIM card or manual device configuration required.

Important Information
One Number
One Number can only be paired with one smartwatch at any one time.
SMS & MMS
No native SMS or MMS support. Messages can only be sent and received using compatible internet-based messaging applications over a data or Wi-Fi connection.
Internet Messaging Apps
Apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Signal and Telegram may work where supported by the device, application, paired smartphone and active mobile data or Wi-Fi.

Can more than one smartwatch be connected?
No. Only one cellular-enabled smartwatch can be connected at any one time.
Can I downgrade to a 4G plan?
No. The Companion Plan requires an eligible 5G mobile plan.
Can I use my main mobile data?
No. The Companion Plan includes its own 1GB monthly allowance.
What if I run out of data?
The service will stop using mobile data until your next billing cycle.
Do I need my phone nearby to activate?
Yes. Bluetooth and an internet connection are required during setup.
I don't see the connection option.
Ensure your watch is a compatible GPS + Cellular model, software is up to date, Bluetooth is
enabled and both devices are online.
What if I replace my phone or smartwatch?
Deactivate the Companion Plan on the old device before activating it on the replacement device.
