  • The NEW internet connection can take up to 4–5 weeks to be supplied

  • The Porting of your existing numbers can take up to 6 weeks to be ported in from application

  • When the NBN becomes available there is no disruption to service / we can simply upgrade you to an NBN service if you need to upgrade

  • We will provide customised training and support model for the deployment of the product

SUPPORTED VS UNSUPPORTED SERVICES
  • The hardware devices not provided through HM Telecom will not be considered supported and will receive a best effort SLA

  • We do recommend Dedicated Connections for HV. Shared Connections will not be fully supported and will receive a best effort SLA

  • Cloud PBX solutions that will not use HM Telecom Network services will not be considered fully supported and will receive a best effort SLA
